CHILDREN: Sanford Griffin Hamilton Barton, son; one-half of land lot 118, divided in half north-to-south: The west side containing 80 acres and all of land lot 107, all in 6th District, 3rd Section lot [of Bartow Co.] to go to him and his heirs. He is receiving the major portion of the real estate because he has promised to care for David and Sarah until their deaths. The rest of the estate will go to: John Wesley Barton, Priscilla Threat Caroline, David Humphrey Posey; William Stephen, James Lewis, Sarah Ann [probably an error] Jane Sophronia, Phoebe [Ann] Elizabeth, Virgil Manly, Henry Bowmar.
