She quotes Harold Turner who says, "at Mountain Grove Cemetery. The Barton Cemetery was there before they built the church. The church pulled up the field stones so it is almost impossible to see the graves. They are to the north of Bailey Barton, whose grave is marked. Church records say the Barton family was buried there, but almost all of Bailey's children are buried at Nimmons Cemetery on Eastoe River, so it must be his parents and brothers buried there. There were at least 10 other Barton graves there. You would have to have an archeologist to find them now."
